Friday 11-11-2011 Blake came home from school sick with stomach pains. Went to St Francis ER that evening and later they admitted him.
Sunday 11-13-2011 Dr knight performed surgery untwisting his bowel and removing adhesions.

The Daughter & Grand-kids are living with us while they get themselves re-established here after moving back from Alaska. To give us a little more living space we took down the pool table in the basement and are replacing it with furniture and a TV. I really hate to see the pool table go even though we never played. It’s just been a fixture in our house for so long and it gave our guests something to do.
Tearing down the pool table was quite a chore as was getting the new furniture to the basement. We ended up totally disassembling the couch to get it in the door and down the stairs.
Our deck as a seed store and beauty salon. A couple weekends ago the Grandkids harvested Hibiscus seeds which they were hoping to sell. Ally evidently decided she would have better luck selling seeds if she got her hair done.
Ally had gotten in trouble at school and was given a slightly bad behavior rating. She felt bad so she made her teacher this drawing (rolled up) that said she was sorry. On the day she gave the drawing to her teacher she got the worse behavioral rating the teacher gives. I guess on that day she learned her teacher can’t be bribed.
Ethan decided to play the cello in the grade school orchestra.
Nova was away visiting family so I was left to fill the void in her absence and spent time with the kids (doing what I wanted to of course). We went out to eat a couple times, did some shopping for garden supplies and gardening hats, visited a cool nursery, drank limeades and worked in the garden in 109 degree heat.
