On our trip to the northeast riding trails we stopped in Cleveland Ohio to check out the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.
Stove Top Pop Corn
In a pan place a heaping Tbsp of coconut oil, a little salt and 3-4 Tbsp of kernels.
Stir to coat the kernels.
Cover and cook on high shaking occasionally till the popping stops.
