Our Nephew and his wife paid us a visit from out-of-state over the weekend. He has recently taken up cycling doing both road and gravel riding and in a competitive way. While they were here we quickly built him a beater bike to take back home. It was built from his choice of the frames and parts I had on hand.
It’s a 60s Schwinn middleweight frame and fork, steel single speed coaster brake wheel set with knobby whitewalls, bmx stem and bars, mag sprocket, aluminum platform pedals, solid aluminum seat post topped with a Brooks B72.
