Today was our monthly vintage bike ride. I led the group on a loop that took us on the river path and then bike lanes back to our starting point. A beautiful low wind day. We ride at a slow pace, making frequent stops and on this day rode about 9 miles. After the group ride Nova and I cruised around downtown a bit more on our own. A couple days ago I put a bike together for this ride never test riding it. It held together till near the end of our day when a fender bolt fell out. Zip ties to the rescue.
