Yesterday while in Wichita we noticed what appeared to be construction of a bike path. I always get excited when I see this. I anxiously followed the path of this construction to confirm that it is a new path that will eventually connect the Arkansas River Path at its South end in Garvey Park, to the Gypsum Creek/Planeview paths at George Washington & Oliver. The path will pass through Chapin Park at MacArthur & Hydraulic.
