I came across this today and can”t say for sure what happened but only what appears to have happened. Possibly the bus was making a wide turn as they do on corners and the driver forgot to allow for the bicycle rack in use on the front and hit the truck stopped at the intersection. The bicycle racks are relatively new here.
Look close and you can see the damage to the truck and the bike leaning in the rack.
