This ride was part of our Fall 2010 trip.
The Swamp Rabbit trail is a paved, mostly rail-to-trail that runs between Greenville and Travelers Rest, South Carolina. We rode it today from Travelers Rest to Greenville and back for a total of 23.6 miles. The trail was pretty busy late afternoon when we rode. It currently has a detour that takes you on streets and across a busy 4 lane highway. THere’s also a short segment that’s supposed to be closed but people were using it anyway.
