This past weekend we attend our 6th Pedaler’s Jamboree on the Katy trail in Missouri. This event is an out and back ride with an overnight in between. One way is approximately 32 miles with multiple stops for live music, food and beverages each day. Instead of camping at the event as most do, we stay at a hotel which adds an extra couple miles each day. Our Nephew and his friend joined us on Saturday. Thankfully no rain this year but it was really hot, in the mid 90s. While a good portion of the ride is shaded, the stops aren’t. It was good to see old Ped Jam friends and make new ones.
