The beer you enjoyed: Halcyon Unfiltered Wheat from Tallgrass Brewing Co, Manhattan, KS.
Some enlightening thought: Wheat beer is probably my favorite but I didn’t like this one which is unfortunate since it’s a brewery in my home state. I’ll have to try one of their other beers sometime.
