My retirement. After 31.5 years at my place of employment I decided I”d had enough. This gave me more time for riding.
My Mother taking up bike riding after 50+ years. After not having ridden since childhood my Mother got back on a bike. She started out on our 60s single speed Schwinn and then bought her a new multi-speed Schwinn. Riding a 25 mile rail-to-trail with her another big highlight.
Our Spring biking vacation to the North included rides in Nebraska, North Dakota and Iowa.
Our Fall biking vacation in the Northeast included rides in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia included rides in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia.
Time spent riding with all of my family members. Nova, Mom & Dad, the Daughter and 3 grand–kids.

New bikes this year… Nova”s Trek, My Heavy-Duti, Grandson 1″s custom, Grandson 2″s Western Flyer, Grand-Daughters Schwinn.
Anxious to see what 2013 has in store.
