This was the 18th year for this event but our first time attending. Although we’ve known about it for a few years we haven’t made it in the past for whatever reasons. Too bad for us because it was a great time. We started at our host’s house and rode to a near-by house where we mingled and had beverages in this awesome garage/rec-room. From there we headed to our first bar stop for lunch. After lunch we rode around to 5 other bars and then returned to our host’s house for a great Cajun dinner.
On our way home we stopped to get ice cream. While Nova was inside I stayed in the parking lot being serenaded by my one-time idol Rick Springfield who was performing outdoors near-by.
