Most of us in our household have been miserably sick with what I assume are allergies. I have to force myself to get out. 2 days ago, friend Mitch and I rode the local loop. Yesterday I rode around town.

I wonder if I’m eating less now that I’m not working? I treated myself to some Check Mix which used to be my daily breakfast. Halfway through the bag my jaws were tired from chewing.
