Grandson Blake is now home and recovering from his surgery. I was commenting to him that I wondered when he would be going back to school and be able to ride a bike. He said he had already asked the doctors before leaving the hospital if he could ride and they said it would be ok and just be sure to wear a helmet.
Yesterday he had to go back to get a tube removed from his stomach which turned out to be a painful ordeal. Hopefully that”s the last of the trauma for a while.
I can”t help but laugh at him as he walks around in his pajamas, hunched over like a frail little old man. I”m sure he”ll be bouncing off the walls again real soon.
Maybe we”ll try riding a little bit this weekend. What a tough little guy.
