I spotted this bike today at a convenience store. My first thought was that a one-armed rider had modified his bike. It wasn”t until looking at the photo after I took it that I noticed the missing half of the bars dangling below. I later spotted the rider leaving. He picked up the broken bar and held it in it”s place and rode off.
I wonder what happened to make the bar just snap off like that?
