A 1979 movie about an American teenager who is obsessed with the Italian cycling team. Him and his buddies just out of high school, not knowing what to do with their lives. Living in a college town they are looked down upon for not attending college.
Boy meets girl. Boy and friends compete in a bicycle race against the college teams. Etc. etc. etc… Common scenario. Wasn’t as much cycling as I was expecting. I’ll give it 1 thumb shifter up and 1 down.
My date for the movie gives it 1 thumb shifter up.
