Our friend Rick at Peddlers bicycle shop in Independence, Missouri had his biannual swap and show today. Our plan was to leave yesterday and spend the night in Independence so we could get to the swap early. We waited to late to reserve a room and all the hotels were full so we just headed up this morning. It worked out ok because yesterday we heard about a charity cruise that was being held here that we attended (Courageous Cogs).
We had a great time as always. It’s nice to just attend a event and not be involved in the planning and hosting of it. Thanks Rick.
