Home-made Electric Recumbent

I spotted this home-made electric recumbent at a local convenience store today. It has electric hubs on both the front and back wheels. The owner said he builds them to sell but currently doesn”t have money to buy parts or a place to build them. He also showed me a photo of one that is twice this long.
