Haysville’s old Vickers station received new gas pumps this week. 4 of these restored pumps stand on the 2 islands where the original pumps once stood. The pumps, originally from the old Coopers Corner station, were donated to the city and restored.
One of Haysville’s oldest homes. The following we do not yet know as fact…
Possibly built in the 1930s. Built and/or occupied by the Nelson family.
Photo taken in 2009 while the house was up for sale. From the Realtor…
“Fantastic home!!! Built well before 1938 this home is every bit of history and modern amenities. 3 bedrooms with a master bath area that has a jetted tub. Full DRY basement. Currently used as a bedroom and office with plenty of room for more. Updated kitchen is incredible! History abounds. This home was one of the original homes in the area. Just walking the property you can find all kinds of artifacts! “
