New Library Grand Opening July 12th
The grand opening for the new library is Sunday, July 12th at 2:00pm. The new library is located in the Haysville Historic Park at 210 S Hays.
Haysville To Host Baseball And Softball Tournaments
The 2009 Babe Ruth Softball 10 year old State Tournament of Champions has been awarded to Haysville. District champions from through out the state and a Haysville All-Star team will be at Plagens Carpenter the weekend of July 17th to see who will be crowned Kansas Champion.
The 2009 Cal Ripken 9 year old Midwest Regional Baseball Tournament of Champions has been awarded to Haysville. State champions from Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, the provincial champion of Saskatchewan and a team of Haysville All-Stars will all play for the chance to be crowned Champion of the Midwest Region. July 30th through August 3rd.

The Haysville Hometown Market will begin this years season on Saturday, June 20th 8:00am-11:00am and run weekly through September 12th.
The market is back to Saturdays after last seasons switch to Thursday evenings.

Did you know Haysville has a community garden?
The Community Garden is located at the corner of Hays and 2nd in the Historic District.
Participation in the Community Garden is voluntary and must be conducted in compliance with the rules and regulations of the City of Haysville.
