Lions Pancake Feed
Ive heard of a “meth lab” but not a “meth church”. Also think Hays is a long ways to drive for pancakes.
Kidding aside Im assuming this is the Haysville Lions Clubs annual pancake feed here in Haysville at the Haysville United Methodist Church 601 E Grand. The Lions Club does good things for Haysville. Support them and fill your tummy at the same time.

Russell and Scott aka “the CineManiacs”
File this under “Where are they now?”…
Russell Pinkston spent most of his childhood years here in Haysville before moving to the Ozarks. In the past hes contributed his Haysville photos to HOLs photo album. Currently Russell and his friend Scott Roberts give movie reviews via webcam video which are then shown on the Reelz Channel (299-Dish Network, 238-Directv) on a show called Movie Mob hosted by Travis Oscarson. Russell and Scott go by the name of CineManiacs and compete in this “movie review game show” against other amateur movie reviewers. After the show viewers are asked to vote for their favorite review at ReelzChannel.com. The 2 won the traveling trophy in their very first week on the show. If you have satellite tv check them out Saturday mornings at 8:00.

Serious traffic accidents indeed are rare in Haysville. Kansas Department of Transportation records show it’s among the safest places to drive in Kansas.
Of the 37 Kansas cities with more than 10,000 residents, none averaged fewer traffic accidents per capita from 2004 through 2008.
