USD 261 Alumni Art Show

The City of Haysville and Haysville USD 261 are collaborating on the first USD 261 Alumni Art Show scheduled for October 5 & 6 at the Wire House Art Gallery, 209 South Hays Street.
The Alumni Art Show is being held in conjunction with Campus High School’s Homecoming weekend. The Wire House will be open on Friday, October 5 from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the general public is invited to check out the exhibit.
Deadline for submission of an application to exhibit art work is before September 10. Dog Daze At The Pool

Bring your pooch down to the pool for an afternoon of excitement!
This event is catered to our furry four-legged friends and their owners.

This event is open to all dogs. Dogs must be current on all their vaccinations.
A minimal fee of $5 per dog will be charged at the door.

If your dog does not do well around other dogs, please refrain from attending this event.
Dogs will be allowed to be off leash once inside the pool facility.
The following rules will be enforced:
Dog owners must remain with their dogs, control them & clean up after them!
No swimming allowed for humans. Dog owners will be allowed in the baby pool.
All participants must sign a waiver of liability.
Dogs with bad behavior will be asked to leave.
Water slides and diving boards are off limits.

Haysville Heat Moving To Wellington, Kansas

Rick Twyman, Haysville Heat Owner, announced today that the team is moving to Wellington, Kansas, in 2013. The Heat has played in Lake Havasu City, Arizona (1993-2009) and in Haysville, Kansas (2010-2012).
