125 Anita Haysville Kansas
125 Anita was originally part of an L shaped strip that extended to the south. The rest of the building was destroyed in the 1999 tornado.
The building had been home to the Kooler bar among other things. What was left of the building was rebuilt and opened as Amelina’s Mexican Restaurant. After Amelina’s closed the building opened as the China Cafe.

2007 Haysville Christmas Ornament
The windmill is actually beside the wire house and not behind as shown on the ornament.
260 N Main Haysville Kansas
Built in the mid or late 1950s as a private residence. Later the building became an insurance office and was replaced by the building you see in the back. This building survived the tornado of 1999.

Leekers Family Foods
Leekers Family Foods bought out A’s IGA in Hillcrest Plaza and later built a new building at 201 N Main. Leekers was bought out by Food 4 Less in late 2004. While at 201 N Main Leekers received some damage in the 1999 tornado. Below is a scan of brochure from the move to the new location.
