From the City of Haysville…
The City of Haysville, in conjunction with the Wichita Area Metropolitan Area Planning Organization and Sedgwick County, will host a discussion regarding future improvements to Meridian Avenue on Thursday, March 29, 2012 beginning at 7:00 pm. This workshop will be held at Unified School District 261’s Learning Center, located at 150 Stewart Street, Haysville, KS 67060.
This is an opportunity for the public to provide valuable input on such topics as vehicular safety, pedestrian crossings, sidewalks, roadway improvements, as well as a broader discussion of the future of land development along Meridian.
This event is an important part of the creation of a Corridor Plan for Meridian Avenue from 55th Street South to 95th Street South. Over the next several months, participation from community is vital for a successful plan and we look forward to hearing your comments at this meeting.
