Homeland Stores Teams Up With Guiding Stars to Help With Healthy Eating

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (October 5, 2010) – With rising obesity rates and many consumers reaching for easier-to-understand nutrition information, one Oklahoma grocery chain is looking to make a healthy change. According to The CalorieLab United States of Obesity Fattest States Ranking 2009, Oklahoma ranks in the top ten fattest states with nearly seven out of ten (67 percent) of Oklahomans considered obese or overweight.
