National Night Out

Tuesday, August 7th is National Night out. Come hang out with your bike in Larry’s South Wichita neighborhood. Meet up at the corner of Gilbert and Topeka (Larry’s house) in time to leave by 7:00pm. From there we’ll ride a short ways to Lincoln Street Park where the festivities will include free hot dogs, music, games, guests and more.
This is a good opportunity to show off your bike and to promote the club and club events.

Farmers Market

We met for breakfast at the Old Mill Tasty Shop before heading over to the Old Town Farmers Market to promote the Art of the Bicycle show. Breakfast was good, the weather was good, the interest in the bicycles was great.

River Festival Parade

Friday, May 11th we will be riding in the River Festival Sundown Parade. The parade starts at 6:30pm. You will need to be there up to an hour earlier I believe.
The theme is “Flock to the Fest”.
Anyone is welcome to ride.
There is a fee to participate as there was a $100 entry fee for the group. The fee will be divided evenly between all that ride and you are expected to pay at the start before the parade.

I’ll post more details as they become available.

In the meantime check out the River Fest website.
