We had a really fun time last night sampling spirits, learning about the distilling process, it’s history and just cut’n up. Thanks to our gracious hosts Wheat State Distillery.

Something different this coming Thursday. A special tour and tasting for the Coasters at Wheat State Distilling, makers of a variety of different liquors.
Please bring your bicycle! The older the better.
If you plan on sampling designate a driver. Even if liquor is not your thing, please come check out this interesting process and the cool equipment, show off your bike and socialize with the group.
What: Distillery tour and tasting.
When: November 6th, 7:00pm.
Where: Wheat State Distilling 1635 E. 37th St. N, Ste 6, Wichita, KS. You must access 37th from Broadway due to road construction.
What else: Bring your bike.
20 showed up to do a 10ish mile ride on Wichita’s bike paths and streets and then to the food trucks for lunch.
Saturday, October 11th 11:00am – 5:00pm and Sunday, October 12th 12:00pm – 5:00pm.
Volunteer to simply ride around on your antique bicycle for at least one hour during the tour and you’ll receive a free admission ticket.
With your free admission you’ll get to see inside some of Midtown’s magnificent old homes plus refreshments, music and more.
Check in at any of the houses and tell them you’re with the Coasters bicycle Club to get your free ticket.

Please join us for a Silent Auction from 5-8pm and a Hipster Garage Sale from 5-10pm, followed by live music, for a fundraiser for Erick Riedell–local photographer, bicycle enthusiast, husband and father of 2 young boys–who just recently has had to return to the Mayo Clinic.
