The date has been set for this years Art Of The Bicycle. Mark your calendars for Final Friday, July 31st.

What an evening! A great turn out and a lot of fun. Even got a break in the weather with the clouds and sprinkles helping to bring down the 100+ degree temp. In addition to the bicycles and art this year we had the Conference Bike which was a huge hit. Also new this year was the "World's Biggest Bike Ride". Sorry to say we fell just a few thousand riders short of making it a reality.
A lot of hard work went in to putting on this show. Thanks go to Mitch, Larry and all who helped set it up. Bill for the posters and shirts. The girls working the shirt and info table. Daron for loaning us the Conference Bike. All of you who entered your bikes and art work. Dan and Lora for the Coasters Cards. Erick for handling the "pr". Last but not least, Dave for making a late, long, lone hot dog run to feed the bunch at the after show party. I'm sure there are others I've forgotten and I apologize.

Bikes and Art to be featured or sold should be taken to the Go Away Garage, 508 S Commerce on Tuesday. There is a suggested donation of $5 per bike.
We are fortunate to be able to use such a great venue at a prime time and need to help the Go Away recoup some of their costs.

Cardboard strips will provide information about each of the bikes so have a description of your bike(s) prepared.

Anyone who has Bike related art is encouraged to bring it.

Bikes will be set up on Wednesday 9:00am.

There will be a swap meet on Saturday Noon to 4:00pm.

Pick up you bikes/art and help clean up Saturday after the Swap Meet.

BYOB! (Bring Your Own Bike) Anyone riding a bike to this event will receive a free Coaster Club Bike Motor (AKA Coasters card and clothes pin).

If you would like to volunteer to help with the Art Of The Bicycle show you are invited to attend a meeting on Saturday, July 12th, 12:00pm at the Go Away Garage.

Anyone with forklift repair skills who would like to volunteer these skills is invited also.
