I've since learned this will
not be the bike path. This is just work being done on the levee along the Arkansas river. The bike path will be on the North side of the river extending the path that ends in Garvey Park in South City. My apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
Work is in progress to extend the Arkansas River path from South Broadway at the John Mack bridge near Watson Park, to the new
Chapin Park at 3800 S Hydraulic. The path will follow the Arkansas river the entire route and is approximately 2 miles long.
